We want you to be happy with our services. But we understand things don’t always go as planned. This page explains our refund and cancellation rules.

1. When You Can Cancel

You can cancel a service at any time. Here’s how it works:

For Monthly Services (like SEO or Ad Campaigns):

  • Tell us at least 7 days before your next payment
  • We will stop the service from the next month

For Project Services (like website design or development):

  • You can cancel anytime
  • But you will still need to pay for work we’ve already done

2. When You Can Get a Refund

We offer refunds in these cases:

  • If we haven’t started the work yet
  • If we started, but only a small part is done (you may get a partial refund)

We do not give refunds for:

  • Completed work
  • Paid third-party tools or licenses
  • Delayed projects due to your lack of response or missing info

3. How to Ask for a Refund

Email us at info@digidynix.com with:

  • Your name
  • Service or project name
  • Reason for refund

We’ll reply within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • If approved, we’ll refund to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days

5. Service Pauses or Suspension

We may pause services if:

  • Payments are late
  • You don’t give needed feedback or information

If we pause, we’ll let you know.

6. What Happens After Cancellation

  • We’ll stop work
  • You’ll get access to any work completed and paid for
  • We may charge for any unpaid part of the project
