  • Feedback and approval when needed

If you delay, our work might be delayed too.

3. Payment Terms

  • You may need to pay in advance or follow a payment schedule.
  • If you miss a payment, we may pause work.
  • We do not start work without agreed payment or deposit.
  • Once we complete a part of the job, that part is non-refundable.

4. Ownership of Work

  • We own the designs, content, or systems we build until full payment is made.
  • After full payment, you get full rights to the final product.
  • We may use some parts (like design ideas or templates) for other projects.

5. Confidentiality

We keep your information private. We won’t share your ideas, plans, or materials with anyone else.

6. Changes in Services

  • If you want to change anything during the project, please tell us. There may be extra costs or time needed.
  • We may update our services and policies. When we do, we’ll update this page.

7. No Guarantees

We cannot promise that your website will rank #1 on Google or your ads will get a set number of customers. We will work hard, but results depend on many outside factors.

8. Limits of Our Responsibility

  • If your website goes offline, gets hacked, or something doesn’t work, we’ll help if it’s part of our contract.
  • But we are not responsible for any lost money or opportunities.

9. Cancellation

  • You can cancel a service anytime.
  • For monthly services, cancel at least 7 days before your next payment.
  • For project services, you may still need to pay for the part already completed.

10. Laws & Disputes

If there is a serious disagreement, we’ll first try to fix it by talking. If that doesn’t work, we’ll follow local laws (Bangladesh or your country if agreed).
